Ingredients

30g of Fat Cow Vanilla Protein

250ml of Water

E.g. 250ml of Semi Skimmed Milk
OR, use a milk alternative of your choice, instead of water.
Directions
Get your Team RH shaker bottle.
Weigh out 30g of Fat Cow Vanilla Protein into your shaker cup.
Add in your water or milk, depending on your preference.
Shake well until fully mixed.
