Richie Howey
Richie discovered a love for health and fitness while working as a PC technician. Fuelled by a need to help people transform their lives, he became a personal trainer and quickly built a small client base and successful transformation program at a local gym.
Today this small, local group has grown into Team RH Fitness, with over 80k members and our very own fitness app. He’s at the forefront of our no-nonsense approach to fat loss and drives continual high standards across the brand.
