With National Chocolate Day around the corner, we wanted to share our quick and tasty Team RH Protein Hot Chocolate recipe with you all.
If you’re looking for a warm and cosy drink that’s tasty and hits all your macros, this hot chocolate is for you! This creamy, homemade hot chocolate includes our Team RH chocolate protein, to make sure you’re smashing your tracking goals. It is the perfect recipe for all those sweet tooth's out there!
Ingredients

30g Fat Cow Chocolate Protein

200ml Semi-skimmed milk (swap out for dairy-free alternatives if desired - make sure to track this for accurate macros).

15g Whipped Cream

Marshmallows and sugar-free chocolate sauce (amount is optional, just make sure to weigh this out and check it fits into your calories!)

Directions
Heat the semi-skimmed milk in a small-sized pan over medium heat. Alternatively, if you have a milk frother, use this to heat your milk for maximum deliciousness!
After 2-3 minutes, add 30g of our Team RH Chocolate protein powder.
Mix in the protein powder using a whisk or a fork until dissolved.
Tip: if the hot chocolate is looking too thin, add a further 5g of our chocolate protein to the pan (you will need to add this to your macros).
You can optionally add a sprinkle of sugar if you want a sweeter taste to your hot chocolate (but remember to track this in your macros!)
Leave the hot chocolate to simmer until heated thoroughly. This normally takes around 5 minutes.
Grab your favourite mug and pour the hot chocolate in!
Add the whipped cream on top (remember to weigh this out).
For added seshiness, add marshmallows and pour the sugar-free chocolate sauce over your hot chocolate (remember you will need to track these extras yourself!)
