This recipe combines the delicious, comforting taste of a pumpkin spice latte with a nutritious high protein boost, perfect for your seasonal cravings.
Ingredients

1 scoop (30g) Fat Cow Vanilla Protein

120 ml brewed espresso or strong coffee (0 kcal)

30g pumpkin puree (about 2 tablespoons)

10g brown sugar, maple syrup, or honey (adjust for desired sweetness)

2g pumpkin pie spice (about 1 teaspoon)

240 ml milk of choice (whole, almond, oat, or lactose-free)

2.5 ml vanilla extract (about 1/2 teaspoon)

Optional: whipped cream (5g) and a sprinkle of cinnamon for topping (optional)
Directions
Brew the Coffee: Prepare a pot of strong coffee or espresso and set it aside.
Make the Pumpkin Base: In a small saucepan, combine the pumpkin puree, brown sugar, and pumpkin pie spice. Heat over medium until the mixture is warm and the sugar dissolves, stirring occasionally.
Shake the Protein powder and Milk: Add the scoop of Fat Cow Vanilla Protein and your milk of choice to a shaker cup. Shake vigorously until the protein is fully dissolved and smooth.
Heat the Protein Milk: Pour the shaken protein milk mixture into a saucepan and heat over medium heat until hot but not boiling. Stir in the vanilla extract.
Combine: Pour the brewed coffee into your mug, followed by the pumpkin mixture. Stir well. Then, add the hot protein milk mixture and stir gently to combine.
Garnish and Enjoy: Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon if desired. Enjoy your warm, protein-rich pumpkin spice latte!
