Ingredients

30g Fat Cow Banana Protein

300ml of Semi-Skimmed Milk (you can swap this for a milk alternative, but be sure to calculate your macros)

20g Caramelised Biscuit Spread

60g Banana (mashed)
-
Banana Slices and a Caramelised Biscuit (Make sure to count these in your macros)

Directions
Make sure to mash your banana before adding it to your blender.
Add the milk, banana and Fat Cow Banana Protein powder to a blender.
Blend the ingredients until smooth.
Pour your shake into a glass and add whipped cream, making sure to measure this out and add to your macros if you go over 15g!
Cut your banana into slices and add them to your protein shake (make sure to weigh those slices!)
Remember, you can always add some caramelised biscuit crumbled over the whipped cream but you know the drill, make sure you are weighing this as part of your recipe!
