Ingredients
-
40g of Team RH Fat Cow Banana Protein
-
130g of very ripe banana
-
2g of cinnamon
-
1g of baking powder
-
1g of salt
-
2 large eggs
-
15g of golden syrup
-
Sliced banana for topping. (weight/amount is optional - but make sure to add this to your macros!)
Directions
Get 2 bowls to separate the egg yolk and whites.
Beat the egg whites until they form soft peaks; you can tell you’ve developed soft peaks by turning over your whisk. There should be a definite peak shape, but the peaks should be loose and melt back into the mix after a few seconds.
In a separate bowl with the egg yolk, add the banana protein, banana, cinnamon, baking powder and salt, then beat until smooth.
Once mixed, add 1/3 of the egg white into the mixture and fold gently.
Add another lot of egg white, and then gradually add the final amount, so everything is combined.
Heat up a pan/skillet and pour the mixture into small circles.
We recommend cooking them for at least one minute on each side (depending on the temperature of the pan).
Serve straight away and top with your add your chopped bananas and syrup... Delicious!
Recipe Note
