Team RH App

not worth subscribing , which I didn't realise it was when I looked into it

Hate it

That I made a big mistake by having this monthly and now they will not let me cancel it never use it. They just keep taking £8.99 out of me. I explained that I’m dyslexic and I couldn’t use the format but they still won’t allow me to cancel

Forcing people to commit to a 12 month subscription and not be able to cancel after a few months is disgraceful.

Brilliant app love it

its a scam you cant cancel

Amazing!!!

I cancelled this app

Doesn’t work

Terrible

app does what it says and helps me track what I need to track to stay on target

Don’t like product can’t cancel subscription they make it hard to try to unsubscribe I can’t deal with the stress of trying to unsubscribe 😔

Good app x

Seems a really good app so far.

I visually started identifying as a fatty around the age of 20 when I was eating the same amount of food as I always had but started working in the office. Not long ago I realised I've been fat for nearly half my life and I finally decided to pull my finger out and subscribe to the app. I've lost around 5lb since the end of August. I never counted calories before and this app and TeamRH YouTube channel certainly help. Wish I found it a lot sooner tbh

I do not use it did not realise i had signed up to a yeat tried to cancel and was unable to do this
So now paying fir something i do not use or need

That I can’t cancel

Great loving the App

Joined and cancelled within 2 hours not what I wanted but have been told because accessed app 14 days cancellation period doesn’t count how are you supposed to decide if it’s for you without accessing app ?

Tricked into a yearly subscription. Poor customer service. APP no better than those you can download for free.

Cant get on with app now just having to pay it till end of subscription

Signed up for this app and you get zero support the amount of times I have been declined on the Facebook support group is a joke it’s been two months might has well chuck a tenner down grid

Easy to use and keeps me on track

I click on this as i was interested in finding out more a out team RH. Now with this 1 click I am stuck in a 12 month subscription that I cant seem to cancel. I am disgusted and skint and still fat !

Great app nothing to dislike

Would not even give one mark if possible - joined to see what it was all about knew i had 14 day cooling off period cancelled within approx 2 hours not what i was looking for told cant cancel as used the app claise seemingly which states if you enter app cant cancel even in cooling off period - bery disapointed originally from north east usually genuine people

Perfect thanks so much. Supporting fellow mackem

Really enjoying the app and how easy it is to navigate through

Best honest app and team ever

Really disappointed in this app. Tricked into subscription even though i cancelled or requested cancellation well within the 14 day cooling off period that im entitled too with consumer rights.
Wouldnt advise anyone to use but each to there own

Greqt app really helpful

Love this app. Gave me a focus & motivation.
I only wanted to lose a half a stone & ended up losing a stone.
I’ll comtinue to use this app as it keeps me accountsble.
