Joined and cancelled within 2 hours not what I wanted but have been told because accessed app 14 days cancellation period doesn’t count how are you supposed to decide if it’s for you without accessing app ?

Tricked into a yearly subscription. Poor customer service. APP no better than those you can download for free.

Cant get on with app now just having to pay it till end of subscription

Signed up for this app and you get zero support the amount of times I have been declined on the Facebook support group is a joke it’s been two months might has well chuck a tenner down grid

Easy to use and keeps me on track

I click on this as i was interested in finding out more a out team RH. Now with this 1 click I am stuck in a 12 month subscription that I cant seem to cancel. I am disgusted and skint and still fat !

Great app nothing to dislike

Would not even give one mark if possible - joined to see what it was all about knew i had 14 day cooling off period cancelled within approx 2 hours not what i was looking for told cant cancel as used the app claise seemingly which states if you enter app cant cancel even in cooling off period - bery disapointed originally from north east usually genuine people

Really disappointed in this app. Tricked into subscription even though i cancelled or requested cancellation well within the 14 day cooling off period that im entitled too with consumer rights.
Wouldnt advise anyone to use but each to there own

Its a great app and the food list is very up to date. Easy to handle and has great information to assit with your journey. The social media pages that are linked to the app is great and ti the point.

If you’re honest with the app you’ll be surprised how much over your daily calorie intake is. What ive found so far is the nutritional information is excellent & will guide you to a more nutritional daily choice of food.

Dont waste your time app in itself is ok but coaches havent got a clue not worth the money
