They seem to work. My hair is thicker and my skin seems nicer. But if one is on subscription its very difficult to find where to manage that subscription. I need to skip a month but have been on the app amd in the Shop to no avail.

The capsules are rasy to swallow with a glass of water.
It's a little early to say that I can see the results but I am expecting to nice in the next few days!

These collagen capsules have quite honestly transformed my skin. I'm 35 years old and almost 7 months postpartum, I've been taking these for almost 3 months now and so far I'm really impressed. I've always suffered with my skin from being a teenager with spots on my face chest and back and I've never known my skin to be so clear. Best collagen ever. I have had other collagen but this is amazing. As a lady in her mid sixties my hair is looking better my skin is great ……would absolutely recommend for anybody looking for a high quality collagen supplement…… you wont be disappointed :)

Well i have been using tbis now for 2 months. I bought it to see if it would help with my nail growth and strength. Its taken a bit of a while but this past week my nails are now showing definite improvement. My husband says my skin is also glowing and ive noticed my hair getting thicker. I have a subscription now !
