How to use the Team RH App

Weigh Your Empty Dish: Before adding any ingredients, place your empty pot, pan, or dish on the kitchen scale. Add this figure to the pot weight section, in your recipe.
Weigh Each Ingredient: Weigh each ingredient directly and add them to your recipe.
Cook Your Recipe: Add your ingredients to the pot and cook as usual. You don’t need to weigh each ingredient separately; the app will work it out in one go.
Weigh the Finished Dish: Once your recipe is cooked, place the entire pot (with the food still in it) on the scale. Make sure to get the total weight of the food and the pot together.
Let us do the maths: We crunch the numbers and you'll be given the exact weight of the food to track your calories and macros accurately. It also saves you a lot of time and effort, so you're welcome.
Tracking your portions: When it’s time to log it, you can easily track portion sizes, and the app will adjust the calories and macros for you based on the portion you log.
