Karen's Thoughts
"I am Autistic, so the RH 'rules' fitted into my way of thinking and lifestyle. Food has become fuel now, and I've eaten all sorts of weird combinations to hit daily targets rather than be a culinary masterpiece.
I have Spinal and Circulatory issues so 5,000 steps were chosen, but I've joined a walking club and I have a walking treadmill pointed at the TV 🤣 so no excuses to hit that target."
