"My top tip for anyone with a sweet tooth (like me!) is to invest in a Ninja Creami. My favourite thing to make is banana protein ice cream. I use fage 0% yoghurt, Team RH banana protein powder and 1/2 a frozen banana. Mix it up. Freeze and then whack it in the Creami".
