Do You Really Deserve A Treat This Weekend?

Can you treat yourself this weekend, whilst dieting?

So if it was up to me, I’d be saying ahhh get yourself away lassy!! Enjoy yourself!

Unfortunately, it’s not up to me.

Do YOU deserve a treat or cheat meal?

If we look at it with no emotions, all the fat you’ve accumulated on your body is literally all from treating yourself.

You treat yourself over and over again (I’m guessing you had a great time in the process).

What I’m trying to do here is slowly help you realise that if you want to lose weight for all the treats you’ve had, then you’re gonna have to sacrifice. You’re literally gonna have to pay the price for overconsuming.
