We will dispatch all orders within 24 hours of your order being placed, but as office hours are Monday – Friday 9am – 3pm, any orders placed on an evening, weekends or on bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
All information regarding delivery costs will be displayed on the checkout page and automatically calculated based on the weight of the items in your cart and/or the cost of your total order.
Providing us with the correct shipping information is the customer’s responsibility, and if you provide us with incorrect shipping details and your order cannot be dispatched, it is your responsibility to contact us with the correct information as soon as possible. In the rare event that a shipment goes missing as a result of the customer providing incorrect shipping information – it is at our discretion as to whether we reimburse or refund you. If however your delivery goes missing due to fault of ours or our chosen courier, we will offer to replace the order and/or issue a refund – depending on which option is most suitable.
