Cancellations & Returns
Order Cancellations:You can cancel any supplement/merchandise order placed on our website by contacting us immediately via our Facebook Page. Upon receipt of your request we will cancel and refund you your money right away, but due to our attempt to dispatch every parcel within 24 working hours, it’s important for you to notify us of any cancellation immediately, as any cancellations received after 24 working hours will not be eligible for postage cost refunds.
At Team RH Fitness & Natural Nutrients we do our best to bring you the highest quality supplements, efficiently and as affordably as possible, and believe 100% in every product in our range, and although we do our best to please, from time to time things may go wrong and for whatever reason you may wish to return your items.
Returns & Refunds
Natural Nutrient Products:
From the day you receive your order, you have up to 60 days to notify us of any damage, fault, concern or dissatisfaction with your products, and request a return to us in exchange for a replacement product or a full refund.
We can only provide a full refund on any unopened supplements or product, or if in the event a supplement or product has been clearly damaged prior to receipt, is faulty or is out of date at the time of receipt.
All returns must be sent to the address found below, and we’ll endeavour to respond to you within 48 working hours of receiving your items. Please attach a covering note stating why you’re returning your products, and if possible – let us know in advance by emailing us at email@example.com so we can action any due refunds efficiently and in a timely manner.
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Should you return an item after this time frame, you will only be eligible for a credit note. The decision to issue a credit note will be made on an individual order basis.
Team RH Hoodies:
Items must be unworn and unwashed.
Items must have all tags still attached.
We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy. The cost of returns must be paid by the customer
.Please return your package back to us in it's original packaging to the address below.
How to return a hoodie to us:
You must ensure to receive and obtain your proof of postage in case your parcel is lost on its return back to us. If you do not have your proof of postage, Team RH cannot be held responsible for any lost parcels. Team RH also cannot be held responsible for parcels that go missing which are returned outside of our advised return methods.
We do not cover return postage costs. It is important that a return postage receipt is kept safe until you receive your refund from us. If you have lost your invoice, please enclose a note with your order number, full name and address inside.
We ask for 7 working days to process your return once your parcel has been received into our warehouse, however we always try to issue refunds as quickly as possible. Please note, it can take your bank a further 2-10 days to show this refund on your account. If you have any questions about your refund, just send us a message via our Facebook Page and we will happily help you.
