ROYAL MAIL STRIKES

Please bear in mind Royal Mail had scheduled strikes throughout November and December. This had a huge impact on all Royal Mail deliveries during this periods, and the backlog of orders awaiting to be despatched.

Please click here to check your tracking for any updates and progress from Royal Mail - your tracking number can be found on your confirmation email. We are unable to specify the extent of the delays, however, please note we're in close communication with our Account Lead at Royal Mail and they have said there is a Nationwide backlog which they are working around the clock to rectify.

Click and Collect Update

Whilst we are in the process of relocating our Birtley shop, we will be temporarily suspending the Click and Collect service until further notice. Please accept our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. Our Standard Delivery options via DPD and Royal Mail will run as normal.

What is ‘Standard Delivery’?

We offer Standard Delivery via Royal Mail, for items under 15kg in weight*. This service covers all the UK (Including NI). Standard Delivery can take between 2-5 working days.

Bank Holidays, Festive and Promotional Periods

Please note: Over bank holidays, festive and promotional periods, there will be a slight delay in shipping times.

We aim to keep this delay as minimal as possible.

Do you Ship to Northern Ireland?

Our current Standard Delivery option via Royal Mail does cover Northern Ireland. There is no additional charges for this on our standard service. This has NOT been impacted by our recent change in overseas shipping.

International Shipping Information

Unfortunately, due to the current climate, we’ve had to temporarily suspend International Shipping. We were experiencing difficulties and delays, out of our control, with Customs in Ireland, which led to a negative shopping experience for our overseas customers. We are unable to specify when this may return and are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. There are third-party delivery companies still available, which many of our members have used instead, but please be aware that customs fees will still be applied using this service.
