The Best EVER Vanilla Protein Shake

Keep it simple with an easy on-the-go vanilla protein shake. No fuss, just shake and go.

Serves 1

Ingredients

  • 30g of Vanilla Just Fkn Protein
  • 400ml of Water (see below for the recipe with milk)

You can use milk or a milk-alternative for a creamier, richer taste. However don't forget to calculate the correct macros depending on which one you use, and which brand! 

  • 30g of Vanilla Just Fkn Protein
  • 400ml of Semi Skimmed Milk 

Method:

1. Get your Team RH shaker bottle

2. Weigh out 30g of Vanilla Just Fkn Protein into your shaker cup

3. Add in your water or milk, depending on your preference

4. Shake well until fully mixed
