I was in a pretty bad way before Team RH.
I had no energy, to the point where I could barely walk up the stairs without getting out of breath. My lifestyle was pretty depressing to be honest. The weight started to pile on, and it was making me feel like crap.
I lived off takeaways, and my portion sizes were easily enough for three people. I was binging on chocolate and crisps but still feeling hungry afterwards.
In January 2020, I saw Richie’s videos on Facebook and loved them - here was this real, down to earth guy giving actual advice. He wasn’t trying to sell me some bullsh*t slimming pills.
I won’t lie, it wasn’t easy at first. At the start I couldn’t really be arsed to weigh stuff out. Once I stopped whining and actually pulled my finger out though, I started smashing my steps and sticking to my calories 100%.
I do at least 15,000 steps a day, NO MATTER WHAT. I weigh my food out, I hit my daily calories, protein and fibre goals on the app everyday, without fail.
I’ve gone from eating 3 times my portion size, to hitting the gym at least 3 times a week. Every day I can see my body changing and getting stronger.
I've got loads more energy now and sleep like a baby, whereas before I was knackered all the time and used to toss and turn at night.

My advice to new members would be to trust the plan and track accurately 100%. I initially thought 3500 calories was way too high for me to lose anything, but it's clearly worked.
