Advice For Fussy Eaters Wanting To Lose Weight - Here's What You Need To Do

Are you a fussy eater who wants to lose weight?

Our best advice is definitely to learn as much as you can on the Life Plan and start calorie counting meticulously. First off, let's get a few things straight...

Healthy foods do NOT equal fat loss

Foods that are filled with nutrients are very good for your health, as they provide your body with the essential nutrients it needs.

You can however, STILL eat pizza and lose weight as long as you're operating in a caloric deficit (obviously if you're eating rubbish 24/7, then you won't be as 'healthy' as someone eating nutrient-dense food with the same amount of calories).

So what does this mean for you?

Say you're burning 3,000 calories a day and you're set 2,000 calories to eat from the coaches on the Life Plan. You can fill up your 2,000 calories with cake, chocolate and pizza and you will STILL lose fat.

Please know that I am NOT pushing you to eat super healthy OR super unhealthy - I'm just trying to show you both sides and help you create a BALANCE. This is how our members achieve weight loss for life, as we provide sustainable plans that fit in with their lifestyles.

Key points for picky eaters trying to lose weight:

  • Learn about caloric deficit - you can find articles about this via the Team RH App.
  • Adhere to a sustainable caloric deficit.
  • Eat your favourite food but hit your daily calorie goals.
  • Work on ways to improve your fibre and protein (these are the main two macros we get you to focus on, on the Life Plan).
  • Don't shove a bunch of boring greens down your gob because its boring, you don't like it and it doesn't lead to fat loss... it leads to a binge.
  • Create a balance.
