Team RH Chocolate Protein Brownies

An amazing way to get your protein in for the day! Made to share (but you won't want to). This recipe is super quick to prepare, serve and EAT.

Serves 9


  • 90g Chocolate Just Fkn Protein 
  • 25g Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 40g of sugar
  • 4g Baking Powder
  • 2g of Salt
  • 60g Canned Pumpkin
  • 60g of brown sugar
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 4g of Vanilla Extract
  • 25g of Chocolate Chips 

    1. Mix together all of the liquid ingredients in a bowl. We recommend using a hand mixer (unless you have a super fancy machine to do it for you!)

    2. Then, in a separate bowl, you are going to mix up your dry ingredients.

    3. Once these are done, combine both bowls and mix everything together - don't be alarmed if the batter seems runny - this is what you want.

    4. Get a baking dish (ideally 8x8) and spray with a low calorie spray, then line with baking paper.

    5. Pour your batter into the tray/dish.

    6. Set the oven to 180°C and leave them in the oven for around 30 minutes. We recommend keeping an eye and checking now and then until you are happy with them.

    7. Let them cool for around 15-20 minutes and then get stuck in!

This recipe is easy to make with the kids and even easier to eat!

By making these brownies, you can enjoy a super chocolatey snack and work towards your protein goal; what more could you want?
